She will answer the most common questions about evaluating projects, introduce terms used by evaluators and explain what they mean in English, provide guidelines to help you decide whether you can perform the evaluation with your own staff or need to hire an evaluator, discuss what steps to take when you decide to perform your own evaluation, and examine how to use evaluation results to get more out of your projects.
