Friday Night Meeting, 08/14/2015
On Friday, August 14th, San Juan County held the sixth public meeting regarding the recent Animas River Contamination.
Patrick Young with the US Public Health Office offered phone numbers to assist those with medical questions regarding exposure concerns to the river water. That information can be found at 22:40 in the video above.
Tome Blaine with the NM State Engineer Office talked about opening irrigation channels following flushing proceedures with local ditch superintendents. This can be viewed at 25:00 into the video.
Meetings will continue Monday, August 17th, 6:00pm at the Farmington Civic Center.
