With its stunning scenery and excellent trout fishing, the Quality Waters of the San Juan River, is a must-visit destination for fly fishers. Located near Aztec, New Mexico it offers some of the best fly-fishing opportunities for rainbow and brown trout in the world.
Fishing here requires a bit of skill, as the trout here are notoriously selective and can be quite picky about the flies they will take. However, the rewards are well worth the effort. With the right technique and a little bit of luck, anglers can expect to catch trophy-sized fish.
